• Go to Samakhushi Chowk (junction) on the north part of the Ring Road. It lies east of Gongabu and 2.1 km west of Maharajgunj/Chakrapath Chowk.
  • This point is busy and there is the North City Mall near the intersection. Ask for the road to Tokha or Grande Hospital if unsure.
• Head north 4 km to Tokha, passing Grande Hospital on the left after 2.2 km
• After 4 km, proceed through the old town of Tokha along the main road.
• Just after passing a pond on the left, and as you exit Tokha, take the left turn at the intersection and head down the hill.
• Proceed along this main road for another 8 km as it traverses open area before climbing up through the forest to the Shivapuri Ticket counter at Gurje Bhanjyang.
• At the ticket counter, make a left turn and then at 250 meters, go straight and continue for another 2 km until you arrive at Suryachaur.
